Kirill Kourlaev

Co-Founder | First Soloist | Ballet Teacher

Kirill Kourlaev is a former Principal Dancer of the Vienna State Ballet and holds a Master’s degree in Ballet Pedagogy and Choreographic Direction.

With extensive stage experience and a strong academic background, he brings precision, structure, and artistic depth to his teaching.

His approach combines the highest professional standards with respect, encouragement, and a deep appreciation for the individuality of every student.

Olga Esina

Co-Founder | Prima Ballerina

Olga Esina graduated from the world-renowned Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg, one of the most prestigious ballet schools in the world. She began her professional career as a soloist with the Mariinsky Ballet and continues to perform today as a Principal Dancer of the Vienna State Ballet.

She also holds a Master’s degree in Ballet Pedagogy, combining exceptional stage experience with academic expertise in ballet education.

Known for her elegance, musicality, and expressive artistry, Olga inspires her students to develop both technical excellence and artistic individuality. Her teaching is rooted in the traditions of classical ballet while fostering confidence, discipline, and a genuine love of dance.
