Welcome to DanceWorld
The DanceWorld ballet school was founded in 2016 by Kirill Kourlaev, First Soloist of the Vienna State Ballet, and his wife Olga Esina, First Soloist of the Vienna State Ballet.
Both hold Master’s degrees in ballet pedagogy and have dedicated their lives to dance. Through their many years of stage and teaching experience, they are familiar with the art of ballet in all its facets and are able to pass on this knowledge in a sensitive and professional manner.
With their pedagogical expertise, they have created a place where children are supported professionally and with great attention and empathy.
Our team consists of experienced educators who have dedicated their lives to dance. They know how important it is not only to train children technically, but also to strengthen their personalities – with patience, structure, and genuine enthusiasm for what they do.
At DanceWorld, the child is the focus. Through ballet, children develop body awareness, coordination, discipline and self-confidence — skills that extend far beyond dance.
We offer courses for children and adults who want to enjoy ballet as a hobby, as well as more intensive training for those who want to specifically develop their skills.
DanceWorld is a place where children grow, develop and discover the joy of movement and music.

Die Ballettschule DanceWorld wurde im Jahr 2016 von dem Ersten Solisten des Vienna State Ballet Kirill Kourlaev und der Primaballerina Olga Esina gegründet.
Von Anfang an war die Vision klar: eine Ballettschule zu schaffen, die höchste künstlerische Qualität mit einer inspirierenden und unterstützenden Lernatmosphäre verbindet.
Ballet lessons are an opportunity to enter the wonderful world of dance. Ballet is the fundamental foundation of many dance styles.
In our children’s dance classes, we take the development of children very seriously. We see dance as an essential medium for children—because in these classes, emotion, expression, musicality, and physical activity can be combined in a playful way. In addition, skills such as teamwork and body awareness are strengthened.
